It is time for our annual Keith Urban Birthday Project for St. Jude.
This is an official St. Jude fundraiser, approved by Keith's management
and St. Jude. All monies donated will be collected directly by St. Jude.
This project began in 1994 to collect money for St. Jude in lieu of
fans sending in gifts and cards to Keith for his birthday. This has
been a wonderful Birthday gift for Keith from his fans benefiting St.
Jude.
The process has TWO steps, be sure to complete BOTH steps:
STEP 1. You can either make a donation online or by mail.

STEP 2. Send an email so that we can accurately track the donations to St. Jude that are from this project for Keith's birthday.

- Your name – so that your name can be added to the list that
will be presented to Keith (Be sure the name you provide in the email
can be matched to either an online or mailed donation – or tell us how
to match your name to the right donation).
- If you donated on line or by mail. We do not need to know
the amount of your donation – that will be tracked by St. Jude.

THE DEADLINE FOR THIS PROJECT IS OCTOBER 31, 2011.
*BONUS: Anyone that makes at least a $25 donation will
receive a special thank you card from Keith and St. Jude, donated by
Sandy and myself for this project. These special thank you cards will
be mailed separate from your donation receipt from St Jude. It may
take 6-8 weeks for St. Jude to process the special thank you card to
you, so please be patient!
If you have not received your special Thank You Card by December 31,
2011 and you made at least a $25 donation then please email
kubirthday@gmail.com for assistance.
At the conclusion of this project St. Jude will provide a summary of
the fundraiser that will be posted on the board for everyone to
review. This is a gift that you can be proud of, and know that you'll
be making a difference in a child's life, through St. Jude and also in
honor of Keith's birthday.
