A fines del 2005 fue en primer recital de Matasiete, aunque la banda no estaba conformada del todo. Durante el 2006 y buena parte del 2007 sólo hubo un puñado de shows en Capital Federal mientras se intentaba fallidamente una y otra vez la grabación del primer disco. Este llegó en 2008, SIEMPRE ESTAS EN UN LUGAR MEJOR. Un disco de doce canciones rockeras que abren la trilogía que aun no se ha completado. Gabriel Vallejos en la voz, Pablo Granato en guitarras, Gonzalo Palencia en Batería y se habia sumado Mariano Bongiorno en bajo reemplazando a Vanina Mastroberti que pasaba a manejar las fechas de la banda..... Desde entonces Matasiete, no se ha quedado quieto. Con un promedio de dos conciertos semanales, lleva ya mas de 130 entre 2008 y 2010. Girando por la costa atlántica, Córdoba y San Luis. Además de Ramallo, Dolores, Zarate, Chivilcoy y La Plata. Por todo el Gran Buenos Aires. San Miguel, Berazategui, Glew, Adrogué, Burzaco, Wilde, Banfield, Ramos Mejía, Lomas del Mirador, Moreno, Merlo, Vicente López, Olivos, San Isidro, Haedo. Tanta actividad le permitió a la banda compartir escenario con cientos de bandas de todo el país, como así tambien, mostrarse ante miles de personas en muy poco tiempo..... Matasiete compartió escenario, entre muchos otros, con El Soldado, Cabezones, El mató a un policia motorizado, Fantasmagoria y León Gieco..... En el verano de 2009 la banda fue invitada a participar del disco homenaje a León Gieco "Guardado en la memoria" a realizarse en mar del plata por FM DROCK. Junto con Andrés Gimenez (D-MENTE) Matasiete entregó una versión de "Sólo le pido a dios" que se incluye en el disco 1 del homenaje. En el disco participan, Luis A Spinetta, Ricardo Iorio, Javier Malosetti, Mariano Otero, Gori, Pez, Mariana Baraj, Edu Schmith, Andrea Alvarez y muchos mas..... En setiembre de 2009 comienza a gestarse el segundo capítulo de la trilogía: EGO. Grabado en Estudios El Cuzco, lugar que la banda tuvo el honor de inaugurar. Además, se suma en las guitarras Gustavo Bravo. EGO vio la luz en los primeros días del mes abril de 2010 y del mismo modo que su predecesor, ofrece doce canciones mas un track interactivo que incluye fotos, mp3 y video..... Actualmente, Matasiete se prepara para embarcarse en el lanzamiento de dicho material además de seguir tocando y girando por todo el país. Del mismo modo y simultaneamente pronto comenzará a preproducir el material que será el cierre de la trilogía que llevará el nombre de Esnob. Además, en pocos dias la banda incluirá una versión de una canción de Luis Alberto Spinetta en el disco cuádruple homenaje "Al Flaco dale gracias" que va por la tercera edición y en la cuarta se le agrega un CD mas con artistas como Litto Nebbia o León Gieco..... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.... Matasiete shared the stage, among many others, with the soldier, Cabezones, He killed a cop motor, Phantasmagoria and Leon Gieco..... In the summer of 2009 the band was invited to join the tribute album to Leon Gieco "Stored in Memory" to be held in Mar del Plata DRock FM. Along with Andres Gimenez (D-MIND) Matasiete gave a version of "All I ask of God" included on Disc 1 of the tribute. In the hard part, Luis A. Spinetta, Ricardo Iorio, Javier Malosetti, Mariano Otero, Gori, Fish, Mariana Baraj, Edu Schmidt, Andrea Alvarez and many more..... In September of 2009 begins to unfold the second chapter of the trilogy: EGO. The studies recorded in Cuzco, a place that the band had the honor of opening. Moreover, joins on guitar Gustavo Bravo. EGO saw the light in the first days of April 2010 and like its predecessor, offers twelve songs plus an interactive track that includes photos, mp3 and video..... Currently, Matasiete prepares to embark on the release of such material in addition to continuing playing and touring around the country.
