[if you want to be added as "friend" drop me a line and tell me who you are - too much spam from unknowns] stefpix.com stefpix.blogspot.com [more recent travel photos - been lazy at updating my official site] read and learn a lot on wikipedia.org amazing for history - current events - facts - science etc. sometimes i live cheaply but live free - still I like to eat oysters at the oyster bar when its workers are not on strike. polish food in greenpoint - vietnamese in chinatown. riding my bike on every street. rambling and roaming. 4 boros+miles and miles on my 10 speed bike - i saw a lot 4 continents - 4 corners of the USA on the road- drove to the northermost part of europe and the southernmost part of italy. haven't been out of the USA for 6 years - I had no green card - could not leave and come back. August 1st 2006 - GREEN CARD in the mail - time to see the world again. i like a few glasses of decent wine and decent conversations. and I can't stand guys that don't flush in public toilets. nor in private toilets. when I ride the bike in the city I can't stand the FreshDirect trucks and the oblivious NJ plated SUVs. FreshDirect. Isn't it fun to go to the farmer's market? ..

I spent 10 days in Jacmel Haiti - was hard to leave even if life was basic and complicated. flew to Santo Domingo - took a bus to Port Au Prince and a Tap Tap to Jacmel. ravaged by 4 hurricanes - it was a deep experience . was hard to leave. here is an overview of people and new friends. traveled alone - went allover alone.
